1) Scope & Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of sukaygmbh.ltd and our services presented on it. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2) What we do (and don’t do)

  • We provide web & media servicesbusiness setup & consulting, and trading education (education only; no investment advice).
  • We offer travel/visa referrals as an affiliate/referral platformBookings and payments are completed directly with third‑party providers (e.g., airlines, OTAs, hotel platforms). We do not process customer payments and do not issue tickets. The provider you book with is the merchant of record.
  • We are not a package travel organiser or a retailer combining packages, and we do not create linked travel arrangements. If a third‑party provider sells you a package, its legal duties apply to them.

3) Third‑party services and contracts

  • Your contract for any travel product is with the provider. Their terms and privacy notice apply. All changes, cancellations, refunds, schedule issues, baggage and service complaints must be addressed to the provider.
  • ATOL (UK): If you book an ATOL‑protected trip with a UK provider, they must issue an ATOL Certificate immediately when you make the first payment. We are not an ATOL holder and do not issue ATOL Certificates.

4) Prices, availability, content

  • Prices/availability shown on our site are provided by third parties and can change at short notice. The binding price and terms are those shown by the provider at checkout.
  • Visa/entry rules and schedules may change. Always verify with official sources (embassies/consulates, carriers, airports) before you travel.

5) Affiliate disclosure

Some outbound links are sponsored/affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you book via those links. This does not change the price you pay and does not make us a party to your contract with the provider.

6) User responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information (e.g., names exactly as in the passport).
  • Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, scraping, security breaches or to interfere with the site.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that you meet entry, visa, health and transit requirements for your journey.

7) Cooling‑off and cancellations (consumers)

  • We do not sell passenger transport; for such contracts, the statutory withdrawal (cooling‑off) right does not apply under EU and UK rules.
  • For any services we sell directly (e.g., consulting, training), EU/UK consumers generally have a 14‑day withdrawal right for distance contracts. You can ask us to start performance within the 14‑day period; if we fully perform, the right ends, and if we have started, you pay a reasonable amount for the service performed up to your withdrawal.
  • Where the provider sells you travel products, their cancellation and refund policy applies.

  • Subject to the above, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, and limit liability for simple negligence to the foreseeable, typical damage. We are not liable for the performance of third‑party services.

10) Geo‑blocking & access

We do not unjustifiably block or re‑route EU/EEA customers based on nationality, residence or establishment. If access is restricted for legal or regulatory reasons, we provide a clear explanation.
